This role supports inbound and outbound operations, ensures production schedules are met, and maintains compliance with company safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials throughout the facilityLoad and unload materials from trailers as part of a teamAccurately pick, pack, check, and load products from designated storage areasStack loads in correct storage bays following inventory control proceduresComplete required forms and handle shipping/receiving documentationInspect machinery and perform routine safety checks and maintenanceMaintain accurate production records and report safety or quality concerns immediatelyFollow all company policies and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and orderly work environmentAssist with process improvement and support additional warehouse duties as assignedQualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of related forklift experienceOSHA forklift certification or operating experience preferredRF scanner experience preferredStrong attention to detail and basic computer skillsAbility to perform basic math calculationsStrong work ethic and problem-solving skillsAbility to take direction from multiple supervisors and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read, write, and speak English proficiently; Spanish preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable assistanceFrequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reachingMust meet vision requirements including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perceptionYour New OrganizationA well-established third-party logistics and warehousing provider that supports distribution and supply chain operations for nationally recognized brands.
