Services include therapy for patients with orthopedic, stroke, joint, and spinal injuries. Candidates need experience with Oasis forms, and must have at least one year of experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy. Experience in a home setting is preferred.Responsibilities: Administer therapy sessions to patients with varying diagnoses, including orthopedic and neurological conditions. Utilize Oasis forms for documentation and care plans. Coordinate with permanent Rehab Aides, OTA, and PTA staff.
