Overview As Software Development Manager, you lead the RDS Console team to shape the next generation of the AWS Console experience for RDS and Aurora across regions. You will guide a skilled engineering team, partner with product, UX, and cross-functional partners, and drive reliable, scalable, user-friendly interfaces. Your leadership enables engineers to own initiatives with strong guardrails while delivering high-impact, customer-centric solutions.
