The successful candidate will be a key player in driving the organization's strategic and financial performance, partnering with leadership to shape business initiatives, and overseeing financial and human resources operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with company-wide directives, leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, and delivering accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for maintaining strong internal controls, overseeing treasury functions, and managing capital expenditures.Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and an active CPA designation is also preferred. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive management and leadership experience, particularly in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within a manufacturing or product-based environment. Experience with ERP systems is essential, and familiarity with mid-market systems is a plus.
