The VP of Finance will also be responsible for maintaining strong internal controls, overseeing treasury functions, and managing capital expenditures. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and an active CPA designation is also preferred. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive management and leadership experience, particularly in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within a manufacturing or product-based environment. Experience with ERP systems is essential, and familiarity with mid-market systems is a plus.
