Sales Executive I. Position Available: Multivista is seeking a sales executive for its Denver, Colorado office. Qualified candidates with connections in the construction and/or commercial real estate markets are encouraged to apply. As a member of the Multivista team, you will help drive new business to our proprietary construction documentation software and services. You will pursue relationships with clients of all types and levels in the Construction Industry, including Owner/Developers, General Contracting Firms, Architects/Engineers and Government Institutions. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Identify, develop and maintain client relationships on a project-by-project basis · Responsible for market penetration of Multivista services through intensive phone and field prospecting, cold calling, trade shows, networking, etc · Leverage personal network and social media (ie Linkedin) for education and promotion of Multivista services · Manage activities, meetings, and opportunity history from initial contact to internal handover and/or contract execution utilizing a highly customized CRM (Salesforce) and lead database (Dodge Construction Data) · Comfortably demonstrate and sell Multivista’s core-service solutions, specific to client/project needs (ie Webcams, UAV Aerial / Progress Photography, Laser Scanning, etc) II. Sales Performance Goals: · 25+ qualified meetings/presentations per month o In person and remote meetings will be conducted based on project location and level of opportunity · 12+ proposals delivered to target clients/projects per month o Maintain an average of 30+ outbound activities per day · Secure “win” 3-5 opportunities per month III. Compensation: · Base Salary + Commission and Structured Bonus · Base Range: $60,000 - $90,000 + Commission + Bonus · Uncapped OTE: > $100,000 IV. Desired Work History or Experience: Candidates with the following work experience and skills are encouraged to apply: · 2 (+) years sales experience (software sales preferred) · Technology proficient · Driven, Competitive, and Self-Motivated · Exceptional organizational and time-management skills · Client Relationship Management (CRM) system experience (ie Salesforce) preferred · Construction industry knowledge preferred V.
