Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Support Engineer II. In this position, you will provide technical and customer support, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and assist clients in maintaining ZEISS medical technology products. You will also contribute to the installation and setup of systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the seamless operation of devices and equipment. Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues through Troubleshooting and Technical Support.Experience in Customer Support and providing exceptional Customer Service to address client needs effectively.Knowledge of Operating Systems and ability to configure, install, and maintain system software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.Experience in the medical technology industry is a plus.
