Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Minimum 2 years recent Level II NICU experience (couplet care & delivery attendance required) / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS, NRP, STABLE (Required) / LICENSE – Active RN license required (willing to wait) / Schedule: Days, 12s, 36 hrs/week, 13 weeks (7:00a–7:30p, Every Other Weekend) / Unit: Level II NICU / Special Care Nursery – Acute Care (Level II Trauma) / EMR: EPIC / Ratios: 1:1–3 (based on acuity) / Skills: Neonatal stabilization, attending high & low-risk deliveries, postpartum couplet care, newborn transition / Equipment: Vents, Bubble CPAP, High Flow (RT support 24/7) / Common Cases: Prematurity, low birth weight, respiratory issues, substance exposure, feeders/growers / Floating: May float to Mother-Baby unit / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
