Java Software Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications and related business systems.Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, MyBatis-Plus, and SQL Server.Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript.Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.Troubleshoot production issues, perform bug fixes, and optimize system performance.Participate in system testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and enhancement activities.Collaborate with users and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Maintain technical documentation and support day-to-day IT-related tasks as needed.QualificationsMandarin speaking is required due to the stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable enterprise applications.Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, and TypeScript.Strong proficiency in SQL Server, with the ability to deliver high-quality stored procedures.Hands-on experience with MyBatis-Plus or similar persistence/ORM frameworks.Solid understanding of testing, continuous integration, build, deployment, and monitoring.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across distributed engineering teams.Nice to Have:Experience with Redis or other in-memory data stores.Familiarity with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RocketMQ).Experience with supply chain systems.Familiarity with coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development workflows.Familiarity with C# / ASP.NET Core.
