**Role Overview**Creating solutions for everything from dining and nutrition to facilities maintenance and rehabilitative services, Sodexo partners with government agencies and military organizations to improve people's quality of life and make a positive impact.Sodexo is currently seeking a **Food Service Manager** to be a part of our management team at **Fort Stewart MEDCOM** hospital in **Hinesville, GA.** The **Food Service Manager** provides supervision for multi-functional food service areas at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit through the implementation of Sodexo programs while executing against Standard Operating Procedures.**What You'll Do**+ Direct daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met;+ manage patient and retail operations+ deliver high quality food service;+ Implements and fully utilizes all Sodexo tools and programs to ensure financial outcomes;+ create a positive and safe environment;and/or+ ensure Sodexo standards are met.**What We Offer**Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
