Jerry's Enterprises, Inc. has an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Digital Content, Marketing and Loyalty leader. The Director of Digital Content, Marketing and Loyalty will lead the strategy and execution of our digital ecosystem to drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, conversion and long-term loyalty. This role is responsible for shaping a cohesive, data-driven digital approach across content, performance marketing, and loyalty programs – ensuring a consistent and customer-centric experience across all owned and paid channels. * This is NOT a remote position*Reports To: Vice President of Operations – Jerry's FoodsLocation: Corporate Office - Edina, MNClassification: Full Time ExemptRate of pay : $110,000 - $150,000 / year, based on experienceHours: Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work requiredJerry's work perks:Health / Vision / Dental InsurancePaid Time Off401K + matchStore DiscountHybrid work scheduleDiscretionary bonusMonthly phone stipendQualifications:Proven experience leading digital content, performance marketing, and loyalty initiatives at scaleDemonstrated success managing teams, budgets, and complex, cross-functional programsExperience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), marketing automation, CMS (Content Management System), and analytics platformsStrong critical thinking and data analysis skillsStrong process improvement skillsProven partnering skillsKey responsibilities:Define and lead the digital content strategy across web, email, mobile, social and emerging channelsOversee content planning, creation, governance, and optimization to ensure brand consistency and qualityLead digital marketing strategy including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and social platformsOversee and evolve customer loyalty strategies and programs that drive retention, repeat purchase and valueServe as a strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders, aligning digital initiatives with broader enterprise prioritiesOur ideal candidate has:A bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications or related fieldA minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and/or customer engagementExperience driving personalization and customer lifecycle marketingA background in e-commerce, subscription, or data-driven consumer businessesMust be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodationWork EnvironmentThis positionoperatesin a professional office environment.Most work is performed in atemperature controlledoffice environment.Incumbentmay sit forlongperiodsof timeat desk or computer terminal.Incumbentmay use calculators, keyboards, telephone, mobile phone, and other office equipment in the course of normalworkday.Stooping, bending,twistingand reaching may berequiredin completion of job duties.
