Blending Technician Location: Cold Spring, MN Compensation: $19.00-$21.50 per hour, plus $2.00 per hour differential for Nights Schedule: Days & Nights | 5:45am/pm-6:00pm/am | rotating 2-2-3 schedule Job Type: Direct Hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Blending Technicians for a leading beverage manufacturing company located in Cold Spring, MN. What Youll Do as a Blending Technician: Ensure the new production line initiatives meet organizational objectives including changes to technology and systems, changes to business processes, and changes in organizational structure Strive to achieve quick adoption of change and ensure efficient understanding and training to achieve organizational proficiency to handle new initiatives and projects Attend training on new processes and equipment Sanitize tanks, lines, heat exchangers, and other equipment Batch soft drinks, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks Understand, select, input and record correct data onto/into our digital HMI system and physical recipe documentation Offload tanker trailers of ingredients required for production of high-quality beverages Operate equipment in a safe and secure manner Maintain tool quality and inform Supervisor/Lead if new ones are required for job Ensure that every detail and specification of each product is met What You Need to Bring to the Blending Technician Role: 1+ years of experience in a Production environment is preferred, but not required Ability to regularly bend, stoop, and lifting up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Experience in a production and warehouse environment, including knowledge of forklifts, equipment, and damp floors Willingness to work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and use of production chemicals Willingness to work and direct in confined spaces and work with high pressure steam Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors Why Join?
