This full-time position can be based in either the Green Bay, WI corporate office or Mount Clemens, MI corporate office.This position is responsible for engaging in sourcing efforts to identify potential Doctor of Optometry candidates to include job postings, external communication (e.g., email, social media), and supporting and planning recruiting events. Conduct research and make recommendations to improve sourcing strategies. Support the organization's doctors through additional tasks that sustain a positive work experience.Launch and maintain sourcing campaigns to connect with candidatesUtilize advanced techniques to proactively develop talent pipelines to address current business trends and future growthIdentify and locate candidates through innovative search methodsConduct market research to identify trends, talent pools, and competitor insightsDraft and create written communication to engage both internal stakeholders and external talentContribute to creative and engaging hiring campaigns, including job postings and outreach materialBuild and maintain network of potential candidates through on-going relationships and contact information managementCollaborate with teammates and internal business partners to support recruitment effortsPromote and manage external and campus position postingsTrack and analyze effectiveness of sourcing effortsStay current with industry trendsAssist with conference and event planningDevelop and maintain partnerships with optometry schoolsContribute to Fielmann USA's campus strategy including career fairs, interviews, and other partnershipsResearch, recommend and develop competitive programs to attract top talent, including student re-payment or tuition reimbursementMinimum Knowledge, Experience & Skills RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experienceCombination of education and/or equivalent work experience in a related field3-5 years' experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or human resources; preferably in a corporate setting or retail health industryKnowledge of employment law desiredSolid internet search experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal relationship skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamAble to work collaboratively in a matrix environmentSolid organizational skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsJ-18808-Ljbffr
