Data Solutions Architect-Databricks

As a Data Solutions Architect (Resident Solutions Architect) in our Professional Services team you will work with clients on short to medium term customer engagements on their big data challenges using the Databricks platform. You will provide data engineering, data science, and cloud technology projects which require integrating with client systems, training, and other technical tasks to help customers to get most value out of their data.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Technology StrategyPerform technology and tools assessments to evaluate market trends and determine the best fit within the enterprise landscapeEvaluate architecture patterns and oversee implementation from concept to productionConduct research on emerging tools and technologies to recommend cost-effective and innovative solutionsDefine and design end-to-end data and AI architecturesData & AI Solution DeliveryDesign, develop, and implement data solutions using the Databricks platformBuild scalable data pipelines, analytics solutions, and machine learning modelsLeverage Databricks Mosaic AI capabilities for advanced analytics and GenAI use casesProductionalize customer use cases and deploy enterprise-grade solutionsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfactionMaintain a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performanceRequired Qualifications10+ years of hands-on experience in providing solutioning architectureBig Data technologiesDatabricks ecosystemMachine Learning and Generative AIStrong experience with distributed data processing (e.g., Apache Spark)Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or ScalaExperience designing and implementing enterprise data architecturesProven ability to work in client-facing roles and deliver consulting engagements
