Consumer Directions Inc. provides payroll and administrative support to individuals who are part of various Minnesota Department of Human Services programs with the goal of remaining in their home by hiring their family members and friends. Our passion is to help families navigate their journey through self-directed services. This is a full-time, in-office, entry-level position in our Human Resources Department at our St. Cloud location. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and stays positive while navigating new scenarios daily. We are looking for an individual who is proficient, motivated, adaptable, and can provide exceptional customer service every day in an evolving, fast-paced environment. This position may infrequently require lifting up to 20 lbs. Travel: This position may require local travel to our second office location or training venue. Education and Experience: High School Diploma Preferred: Some data entry Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Upon hire, all candidates must pass a state-run background check and complete fingerprinting. Upon hire, candidates will be subject to a driving record check and must possess a valid driver's license.
