Parts Associate II

HiFyve is hiring a Parts Associate in the heavy equipment construction industry in De Pere, WI!Employment Type: Regular, Full-TimeShift: Day shiftLocation: On-site in De Pere, WIRate of Pay: $20 - $25/hour (DOE)Job Duties and Responsibilities• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams regarding parts support• Promote and support all aspects of the parts department with customers and company personnel• Manage workflow by processing parts orders via phone, internet, and in person• Sell parts to walk-in, phone, and shop customers• Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and picking orders• Support inventory management and organization within the parts department• Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding parts availability and order status• Contribute to team goals and assist with additional tasks as neededEducation Requirements• High school diploma or GED requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong computer skills, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications• Mechanical aptitude required; knowledge of heavy equipment parts preferred• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical warehouse tasks• Forklift experience preferred or willingness to learn• Valid driver's license required• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
