Brief DescriptionWe are looking to attract experienced HRIS Specialists based on remote who bring not only strong implementation knowledge, but also hands-on experience with the UKG Ready system. This is an ideal opportunity for an HRIS professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to take ownership of UKG Ready configuration in a global organization.This is a highly hands-on role. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for:Performing system configuration and administration within UKG ReadyDeveloping and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to system configurationsPresenting system changes and updates to managers and stakeholdersCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including those with limited system knowledge, to ensure effective adoption and usageActing as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the system is set up to meet operational needsRoleThis individual will work in close partnership with a dedicated technical resource based in Pune, who provides technical support for the UKG Ready platform. While that role focuses on technical backend support, this position will primarily focus on:Supporting line-of-business stakeholders onsiteWorking with external UKG support teamsDriving execution of system-related initiatives within the businessWe want to clearly communicate to candidates that this is not a purely strategic or advisory role, it requires someone who is comfortable working directly within the system, configuring workflows, and supporting day-to-day operations.System Administration & Configuration Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for UKG Ready.Configure and maintain organizational structures, workflows, business rules, approval paths, notifications and automation.Administer user security roles, permissions and access controls.Configure and maintain employee lifecycle processes including:RecruitmentHR Core: Onboarding & OffboardingForms supporting: Transfers, PromotionsPayroll LearningMaintain system configuration documentation and change records.Ensure configuration aligns with business processes and compliance requirements.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate manual HR and people processes.Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, user experience and data quality.Evaluate new UKG functionality and advise on adoption opportunities.Support future module implementations and system expansion projects.Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and workforce analytics.Support reporting requirements across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition and Operations.Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of workforce data.Conduct regular system and data audits to identify areas for improvement.Provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making.User Support & TrainingAct as the primary escalation point for UKG Ready system queries.Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with UKG support where required.Provide guidance and support to HR, Payroll, Recruitment and management users.Create and maintain user guides, training materials and process documentation.Deliver training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to system users.System Testing & Change ManagementSupport system upgrades, releases and enhancement activities.Perform configuration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing.Ensure all system changes are thoroughly documented and communicated.Support project activities relating to HR systems transformation and process improvement.Security, Governance & ComplianceMaintain role-based access controls and security structures.Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy requirements, including GDPR and relevant employment legislation.Support audit activities and provide evidence relating to system controls and processes.Monitor data quality and promote best practice governance standards.Integrations & Data ManagementSupport integrations between UKG Ready and other business systems.Assist with data imports, exports and migration activities.Work with IT teams, vendors and implementation partners to resolve technical issues.Monitor interface performance and data flow integrity.RequirementsWhat will you do?
