Advancement Opportunities Amazing Team Culture & Team Bonding Events Super Fun Environment Work In The Indoor Pool Make New Friends We Provide & Pay For All Your TrainingSNAP Swim Instructor Duties includes: Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values Teach swim lessons in accordance with the Aqua-Tots curriculum Build relationships with the families Be knowledgeable and respond to parent questions regarding progression and our curriculum Check pool chemicals and maintain the chemical log Maintain the organization of the pool area Assist in the cleaning of the pool environment (windows, showers, deck, etc.) Fill out the Aqua-Cards after every shift Understand and uphold the Aqua-Tots minor in-water incident procedures Attend staff meetings, in-service trainings and team bonding eventsSNAP Swim Instructor Certification Requirements Aqua-Tots Water Safety Instructor Certification - we provide and pay for training! Aqua-Tots SNAP Instructor Training CPR and First Aid Certifications- we provide and pay for training!Expected Swim Instructor Hours/Time Allocation Part-time, hourly paid position Opportunities for bonuses Sunday availability is highly preferredMinimum Qualifications for SNAP Swim Instructor Reliable transportation to work Open availability Capable of swimming Previous experience working with children with requiring adaptive supportPreferred Qualifications Previous experience with lifeguarding, competitive swim, instructing, or aquatics
