Diesel Fleet Automotive Technician

Salary: $28.00-$30.00 hourlyWeekly Pay w/ Benefits Offered Shift Available : Monday - Friday 6:30a - 3:30p w/ 1 hour lunch Responsible for maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles through routine service, inspections, and diagnostics to ensure safe and reliable operation.ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks) Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using diagnostic tools Inspect and replace components (belts, hoses, lights, etc.) Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Operate shop equipment (forklifts, hoists) as needed Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of auto/truck maintenance experience Valid Texas CDL (Class A or B with airbrakes & endorsements) ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within 18 months) Knowledge of diesel engines and bus systems Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening and required training
