This dynamic role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, business development accelerator, and marketing management. The ideal candidate is a commercially sharp, forward-thinking professional from executive search, consulting, or professional services who thrives on turning strategic vision into market execution.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & ExecutionPartner with the CEO and COO to execute firm-wide growth initiatives, improving organizational alignment, accountability, and execution speed.Lead the adoption of modern systems, CRM discipline, and AI-enabled tools to enhance team efficiency, pipeline tracking, and market intelligence.Marketing & Market PresenceBuild market presence and identify high-value opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, events, referrals, partnerships, and coordinated lead generation programs across inbound and outbound channels.Support the firm's external brand positioning, including it's digital marketing strategy and social media presence.Spearhead the creation of highly compelling, differentiated proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses that articulate RSR's unique value proposition.Maintain CRM data integrity and support marketing infrastructure, and pipeline tracking; provide regular reporting on goals, forecasts, opportunity progress, and conversion performance.Assist with development of marketing materials, thought leadership content, and business development campaigns.Business DevelopmentPartner with firm leadership and practice leaders on business development plans and execution.Participate in new business generation, pursuit strategy, and client meeting preparation.Devise initiaitves to maintain and expand client relationships.Cross-Functional Execution & Change ManagementHelp drive alignment around firm priorities, culture, and operational processes.Improve communication, collaboration, and follow-through across thee firm.Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and team coordination.Ensure key projects and initiatives move forward effectively and on schedule.Candidate ProfileExperience & Qualifications5–7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, professional services, executive search, or a similarly rigorous environment.Proven track record supporting or driving business development, marketing strategy, or high-impact growth projects.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Exceptional written and visual presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into elegant, persuasive executive deliverables.Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and marketing platforms.Comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.Attributes for SuccessCommercially minded with strong business judgment.Collaborative and team-focused with strong interpersonal skills.Adaptable and energized by a entreprenurial, high-touch environment.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Intellectually curious, coachable, and eager to learn the business.Comfortable using technology, systems, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.Why RSR PartnersRSR Partners is a leading board and executive search firm founded in the boardroom.
