This position will be a full-time, contract and on-site in Indiana (4 days in the field; one day in office).What You'll DoServe as points of contact for MIH agencies and community partnersAssist with MIH agency onboarding, training, and technical assistanceSupport implementation of MIH workflows, standards, and expectationsAssist agencies with data submission, reporting timelines, and compliance requirementsIdentify operational issues, trends, and support needs for escalationSupport preparation of reports, briefings, and program documentationCoordinate closely with MIH Regional Leads and the MIH Data & Analytics LeadRegularly attend local and regional emergency preparedness meetings in the assigned regionsWhat You'll NeedRequired:Experience in EMS, healthcare coordination, public health, or program support roles (2 years)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently across multiple agencies and stakeholdersPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorMust be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in personSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etcReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 - 8111.$45 - $50 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above.
