Intermediate Management Analyst

Intermediate Management AnalystAs an Intermediate Management Analyst in facilities management and continuous process improvement with Serco, you will provide integrated organizational and management support to the evolving needs of the Department of Defense (DoD) Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) in the acquisition and management of its diverse portfolio of facilities space and real property assets. Daily work is conducted as an integrated team member of the Space Portfolio Division (SPD) of the WHS Facilities Services Directorate (FSD) that performs acquisition and management of a diverse portfolio of over 16 million square feet of office, warehouse, and special use space across the National Capital Region (NCR). Work location is in the Alexandria/DC metropolitan area. Primary responsibilities are to: As part of a cross-functional portfolio management team, support multiple concurrent program/project management activities and add value in supporting operations. Support program office daily operations. Participate in SPD's integrated continuous process improvement efforts. Perform supporting tasks in defining and implementing process improvement, business process reengineering, and organizational efficiency initiatives. Prepare and manage large amounts of information in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project in a shared environment across an office. Prepare information papers and briefing presentation material to senior leaders in the DoD. Apply knowledge in government contracting, budget, cost, and logistics. Coordinates diverse staff actions across the organization to ensure unity of effort. Capture, disseminate, coordinate, track, and complete responses to suspense action from higher headquarters and internal authorities. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience. PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA), or equivalent Demonstrated effectiveness in coordinating timely responses to requests and taskings, including independently reprioritizing work as requirements change. Experience in developing innovative approaches and/or process improvements to benefit an organization's mission operations. Ability to develop high-quality, professional briefings and written reports to succinctly capture key messages for DoD decision-makers. Self-starter, able to take initiative and accomplish work independently with minimal guidance. Must be highly organized with acute attention to detail. Desired Experience: Experience as an Action Officer within the DoD, or equivalent organization. Experience utilizing Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) for workflow integration, and IBM Maximo for asset work order and lifecycle management. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above Security Clearance Requirements: Able to obtain a SECRET clearance U.S. Citizenship is required for this position Company Overview: Serco Inc.
