Apply via Dice today!Technical IAM Program Manager ( Mix of both PM and handson IAM consultant) REMOTE 6+ MonthsMust Have:10+ years of related experience in leading IT / enterprise technology teams in supporting identity and access, enterprise platforms.Must have product management experience.Experience working on an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team and environment.5+ years of confirmed experience with implementing or maintaining large-scale IAM solutions.Experience with Products/Vendors: Okta, Active Directory (AzureAD/AD), Ping, Azure AD, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Siteminder.Single Sign-On (SSO); Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Identity Federation, SSO, HCM (e.g., SAP, Workday) and IAM Data Integration.PAM, IGAProtocols/Standards such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, FIDO2, Kerberos.5+ years providing leadership and oversight for Product teams.Cross-functional technology skills in areas such as public cloud, SaaS and on-prem applications and platforms, devices, and remote accessExpertise with Agile methodologies and delivering solutions through sprint planning activitiesNice To Have:Knowledge of critical data handling such as COPPA, PCI and PII, GDPR, Safe HarborFamiliarity with deployments and integration of IAM solutions with public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
