Senior Customer Data StrategistRemote, USA $150,000 - $175,000 + Benefits + Progression + Remote Working + International TravelExcellent opportunity for a Senior Digital Strategist with strong customer data, digital analytics or CDP strategy experience to join a growing technology business in a newly created, highly visible role where you will build a new value consulting function from the ground up.This organisation is a fast-growing customer data technology company that works with global enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, travel, hospitality, retail and insurance. Their platform helps major organisations capture, understand and activate first-party customer behavioural data in real time, enabling them to drive measurable business outcomes from their customer data.In this role, you will sit within the Professional Services function and take ownership of the value conversation with enterprise clients from day one of implementation through to post-go-live. You will define success criteria, KPI frameworks and use-case roadmaps, run value workshops with senior stakeholders, write business-focused BRDs, and build the templates, playbooks and methodology that this new function will scale around.The ideal candidate will have experience in customer data strategy, CDP, digital analytics, MarTech strategy or value consulting. You will have worked with enterprise clients or stakeholders, ideally across regulated or data-rich industries, and be confident leading conversations with senior figures such as Chief Data Officers, Chief Digital Officers, CMOs and Heads of Digital.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to step into a first-of-its-kind role with direct senior leadership visibility, genuine influence over how the function is built, and a clear route to growing a team and wider remit in the future.The Role:Build and shape a new value consulting capability within Professional ServicesDefine KPI frameworks, value models, BRDs and customer data use-case roadmapsLead client workshops with senior enterprise stakeholders across data, digital and marketingPartner with implementation and customer success teams to sustain value through delivery and post-go-liveCreate internal playbooks, templates and workshop frameworks for future scaleThe Person:Strong background in customer data strategy, CDP, digital analytics or MarTech consultingExperience building value frameworks, KPI trees, BRDs, use-case roadmaps or workshop outputsConfident leading senior enterprise client conversations, not just supporting themFamiliar with CDPs, digital analytics platforms and customer data activation ecosystemsIdeally experienced across regulated or data-rich industries such as finance, healthcare, travel, insurance, telco or retail
