Architect - LR

OverviewThe Architect will be part of a team, led by a senior team member that will provide support, guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of assigned projects. The Architect will be assigned to projects with design responsibilities in a variety of industries and construction phases of multiple projects.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ResponsibilitiesProduce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheld.Attend design and project meetings with clients and project team.Participate in the development and maintenance of existing client relationships while fostering new client relationships.Participate in project interviews for new projects.Actively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.Experience in Revit and Microsoft Office skills.Excellent communication and time management skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Qualifications / Prior ExperienceBachelor's degree in Architecture.Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in the state of AR within 60 days of hire.5+ years' experience.Design experience in Industrial, Healthcare and Manufacturing facilities is preferred.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.Prolonged period of sitting or standing at a desk while working on a computer.J-18808-Ljbffr
