Under new leadership, we're proud to introduce our refreshed "We Care" approach—focused on teamwork, respect, and creating engaging, fulfilling experiences for both the individuals we serve and our staff.If you're reliable, compassionate, and enjoy helping others while being active in the community, we'd love to meet you.Position OverviewAs a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support to individuals in a residential setting, helping them enjoy meaningful, engaging weekends while promoting independence and personal growth.Schedule:Weekends onlyAdditional hours may be available based on coverage needsWhat You'll DoProvide supervision and support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilitiesAssist with personal care and daily living skills as neededTransport individuals to community outings, recreational activities, and appointmentsPlan and participate in activities such as arts & crafts, games, cooking, and outingsSupport social engagement through trips, events, and community involvementMaintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record system (THERAP)Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environmentWhat a Typical Weekend Looks LikeWeekends are all about fun, engagement, and connection.
