Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About The RoleThe Business Process Analyst – AI Enablement & Change supports the adoption and effective use of enterprise AI solutions across FIS Client Office organizations, including Delivery, Support, and Managed Services.This role focuses on analyzing, improving, and integrating business processes while working closely with teams and designated change champions to embed AI-enabled ways of working into day‑to‑day operations. The analyst balances hands‑on process work with change enablement, education, and continuous improvement to help teams get the most value from existing AI capabilities.Location - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)~ Jacksonville, FL or Milwaukee, WI or Atlanta, GAWhat You Will Be DoingAnalyze, document, and improve business and systems processes, incorporating AI-enabled capabilities where appropriateSupport AI adoption initiatives by partnering with change champions and operational teamsDiagram, evaluate, and recommend improvements to existing end‑to‑end processesParticipate in and facilitate cross‑functional workshops and working sessionsDevelop and maintain process metrics to measure performance and improvement impactCollect and analyze data to identify root causes of operational and process issuesSupport quality improvement and re‑engineering efforts aligned to performance gapsAssist with training, documentation, and knowledge‑sharing related to new processes and AI usageMonitor adoption and provide feedback to improve usability, clarity, and effectivenessPerform cost and benefit analyses to support prioritization decisionsCommunicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholdersStay current on internal and external best practices in process improvement and AI enablementPerform other related duties as assignedWhat You Will BringBusiness process analysis, modeling, and documentation (current and future state)Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement)Ability to identify and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into operational workflowsData analysis, root cause analysis, and performance measurement techniquesFacilitation of workshops and cross‑functional working sessionsChange enablement and adoption support skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, across technical and non‑technical audiencesAbility to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable guidanceStakeholder management and collaboration across diverse teamsWorking knowledge of enterprise tools (process modeling, collaboration, documentation)Organizational awareness and the ability to navigate matrixed environmentsContinuous learning mindset, especially related to AI and emerging technologiesWhat We Offer YouA career at FIS is more than just a job.
