The ideal candidate will be comfortable remaining actively involved in relationship development, admissions performance, and growth execution.What You’ll DoDrive census growth across multiple addiction treatment programs Build and expand referral networks (legal system, digital channels, hospitals, community partners) Improve admissions processes, call handling, and conversion rates Lead and develop the admissions and marketing team Track KPIs (calls → admits → census, referral performance, cost per admit) Partner with leadership to align growth with operational capacity What We’re Looking ForStrong addiction treatment/substance use disorder experience requiredProven experience growing census through both referral development and admissions optimizationComfortable operating in a fast-moving, hands-on growth environmentBackground in admissions, outreach, or business development Hands-on leader who can build, execute, and drive accountability Experience in a multi-site or scaling environment preferred CompensationBase salary is around $150K (DOE) Performance-based bonus Realistic earnings $200K–$300K+ Long-term upside potential $500K+ with sustained growth Comprehensive benefits packageWhy This RoleStrong foundation already in place (300+ beds, steady census).
