Contracted Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Therapist (Part-time)

Overview: Hello Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for working with children and families, as well as providing comprehensive speech therapy to serve the pediatric population. Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments to evaluate the developmental needs and functional abilities of pediatric clients. -Develop individualized treatment plans based on improving speech intelligibility, expressive-receptive language, speech fluency, implementing alternative communication and oral motor and swallowing abilities. -Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize client outcomes. -Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support carryover of skills into the home and community settings. -Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communication with other team members. -Stay current with best practices and evidenced based interventions in pediatric speech therapy. Requirements: Master's degree in from an accredited program State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Flexible scheduling with after-school availability. Pediatric experience preferred with knowledge of developmental milestones Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills Commitment to providing quality client centered care.
