Human Resources Business Partner

Dizario Search is currently supporting a search for an HR Business Partner based in Cumberland County, PA. This role is with a leading manufacturer and will serve as a key HR resource at the plant level. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting leaders and employees on site, driving employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment law.HR Business Partner Responsibilities:Serve as the primary HR contact for plant employees and leadershipProvide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and team developmentPartner with leaders to address employee relations matters, including investigations and resolution strategiesSupport recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition teamCoordinate and facilitate training initiatives such as onboarding, compliance, and leadership developmentParticipate in workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning effortsPromote a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values and a strong safety mindsetEnsure compliance with employment law and HR policies at the plant levelLeverage HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions that support continuous improvementHR Business Partner Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a plant-level HR Business Partner or generalist roleStrong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulatory complianceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systemsHR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferredIf you're interested in learning more, please apply or reach out to Nadine Flynn at .
