To support client growth through innovative strategies, the full-time hybrid Media Strategy Associate Manager will collaborate with senior strategists to develop cross-channel media strategies, drive client confidence through strategic recommendations, and turn research into actionable plans.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with senior strategists to create cross-channel media strategies that align with client business goals
Serve as a primary client partner, presenting strategic recommendations and campaign insights
Utilize research tools to derive insights and design media plans focused on audience segmentation and campaign optimization
Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in digital advertising or media strategy, particularly in paid social, search, programmatic, and video
Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals, including reach, frequency, and audience targeting
Experience in conducting and synthesizing research into actionable strategies
Familiarity with media tools such as Google Analytics and data visualization platforms
Comfort with AI platforms and a track record of leveraging them for insights
