Director of Sales – Healthcare (BPO / Operations)Hybrid$120,000 – $150,000 base + commissionThe CompanyA growing healthcare services organization is building its sales function from the ground up and is looking for a hands-on Director of Sales to lead that effort.The company focuses on delivering operational and BPO solutions to healthcare organizations, helping them improve efficiency, reduce cost, and scale effectively. The core market includes private duty, home care, sub acute, and post acute providers operating within Medicare-driven environments.This is a build opportunity with high visibility, direct access to leadership, and real influence on growth strategy.The ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead the sales function from zeroDrive new business through outbound efforts, networking, and industry engagementTarget private duty, home care, sub acute, and post acute providersEngage directly with owners, operators, and leadership teamsIdentify operational gaps and position solutions around efficiency and cost savingsSell services related to revenue cycle management, billing, accounts receivable, claims, denials, care coordination, and back office operationsLeverage referral networks and partnershipsBuild scalable sales processes and outreach strategiesPartner with internal teams on execution and deliveryHire and mentor future sales team membersThe RequirementsExperience selling into healthcare organizationsBackground working with private duty or home care, and sub acute or post acute providersStrong understanding of Medicare reimbursement and its impact on operationsProven ability to generate new business and close dealsComfortable operating as both a seller and a builderExperience in BPO, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations is a strong plusFamiliarity with referral driven environments is a plusThis role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, impact, and the opportunity to build and scale a sales function within the healthcare space.
