Responsibilities Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing a friendly first impression Manage restaurant reservation systems to accommodate guest seating preferences efficiently Escort guests to their tables, ensuring smooth flow and timely seating arrangements Handle phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information and reservations Maintain organized waitlists and manage table assignments using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and overall guest relations to enhance satisfaction Support food safety protocols by maintaining cleanliness and organization of host station and waiting areas Experience Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role within a food service environment is preferred Familiarity with restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong communication skills, including clear phone communication and effective guest interaction Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlist calculations, and POS transactions Experience with POS systems and food safety procedures enhances your ability to succeed in this role Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting A positive attitude, hospitality mindset, and dedication to guest services are essential for success Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional guest services with energy and professionalism.
