Open availability is essential for this role.Retail Buyer ResponsiblitiesEvaluate and process incoming consignment inventoryUpdate visual displays and mannequins to reflect current trendsDeliver exceptional customer service, including personal styling, managing fitting rooms, and operating the cash wrap/registerExplain our consignment agreement clearly to potential consignorsMonitor and organize store inventoryMaintain strong relationships with consignors and customers by checking accounts and applying store creditsAssist with store opening and closing proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in clothing retail preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of current fashion trendsHard-working, detail-oriented, and dependableMust be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidaysStore HoursMonday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PMSaturday: 11 AM – 8 PMSunday: 11 AM – 6 PMBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience and qualificationsHealth and dental insurance for employees working 32+ hours per weekPaid time off and sick leaveEmployee discountOn-the-job training in clothing buyingOpportunities for career growth and advancement
