Ensures optimal results in operational, clinical and service excellence, as well as management and development of assigned staff. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.ResponsibilitiesThe COO responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Builds, develops and maintains operations to support strategic direction for areas of responsibility.Establishes operations initiatives for improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery of services, and employee relations. Establishes operations standards and policies for service delivery, customer service and fiscal responsibility.Oversees operations budget of areas of responsibility to ensure compliance with organizational fiscal requirements and goals. Participates in INTEGRIS Health strategic plan for institutional goals and objectives and validates projections.Scans internal and external environment for actual and potential threats or opportunities on which the President, INTEGRIS Health Medical Group can base proactive responses.Assumes responsibility for active community wide problem identification and resolution across both Northern (rural) and Metro markets through task forces and total quality improvement teams.Ensures caregivers, APPs, and physicians are managed and developed effectively, including hiring, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as Reports to President, INTEGRIS Health Medical Group.This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Knowledge of leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts.EDUCATION:Bachelors degree in business, health care administration, area of clinical expertise, or other related field.SKILLS:Skill in effective verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE:10 years experience in area of responsibility or hospital system preferredEDUCATION:Masters degree preferred
