We are building out our internal team to support continued growth and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to help keep our financial operations running smoothly.Position OverviewThe Finance Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day financial workflows, including accounts payable, expense tracking, vendor payments, and coordination between internal systems.This role is highly process-driven and focused on execution-not high-level accounting or financial decision-making. You will play a key role in keeping our financial systems clean, current, and organized.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & Vendor CoordinationProcess and pay all vendor invoices in a timely mannerPrepare and issue payments to vendorsMaintain accurate and organized records of all payablesCommunicate with vendors regarding invoices or discrepanciesExpense Tracking & Job CodingReview and clear unclassified transactions and chargesEnsure all receipts are collected, uploaded, and properly codedAssign expenses to correct jobs and cost codesMaintain accurate job-level expense trackingSystems Management* Keep project management software aligned with company accounting* Process receipts and invoices dailyPayroll Coordination* Assist with payroll preparation, review time entries for accuracy* Act as liaison between field team and payroll teamAccount MonitoringMonitor accounts for accuracyFlag uncategorized or unusual transactionsSupport accurate financial recordkeepingAdministrative SupportMaintain organized digital files for receipts, invoices, and financial documentsSupport internal team with financial organization and processesAssist with additional administrative or financial tasks as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping support, or administrative financeStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage repetitive processes with consistencyStrong communication and follow-throughWhat We're Looking ForHighly reliable and detail-orientedProcess-driven and checklist-focusedTakes ownership of tasks and follows throughGrowth minded and constantly looking for ways to improve and elevate this finance roleCompensation & Benefits* Full benefits package* Opportunity to grow with a stable and expanding companySCHEDULE DETAILSOur crew works year round - ability to work overtime is required.Monday - Friday is standard, 8AM - 5PM.To learn more about what we do (and who we are) - visit our website: www.alyeskabuilders.comWe appreciate you taking the time to review our position, reach out any time with questions
