Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Analyst located in Tampa, FL. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements, creating financial reports, and assisting with financial planning. The role involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring financial performance to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to create budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategiesStrong Analytical Skills to examine data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insightsExperience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standardsAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple tasksBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plusFamiliarity with financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
