Network Development Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Design, build, and automate large-scale data networks focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance. Develop tools and automate manual tasks using programming languages like Python and DevOps tools. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, performing deep dives into hardware and protocols. Monitor and tune network performance, evaluating new technologies for system upgrades. Collaborate with system designers and developers to create engineering documentation.What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience. US Citizen with an active Secret clearance, capable of obtaining a TS clearance. Experience in a Systems Integration Lab (SIL) environment. Familiarity with IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS). Experience with Linux systems and Python or Bash scripting.
