Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Orlando for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective clients, maintaining accurate records of appointments, and following up to confirm meeting details. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, efficiently managing calendars, and assisting in lead generation efforts. Building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service will be key to success in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment SchedulingExperience with Lead Generation and maintaining a prospect databaseStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesFriendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approachFamiliarity with scheduling tools and CRM software is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
