IT Business Analyst – Claims Processing (Contract-to-Hire)📍 Partial Onsite Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite in Columbia, SC 🕒 Interview Process: 1-hour onsite interview 📄 Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire ✅ MUST BE a US CitizenWe are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in claims processing to join our team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather, document, and deliver business and system requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture, analyze, and document business and system requirementsFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and walkthroughs with business stakeholders and customersTranslate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements for development teamsPartner with developers and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and delivery of requirementsSupport the full requirements lifecycle, including documentation, validation, and clarificationMaintain strong communication between business and technical teams throughout project executionRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field OR 4 years of relevant job-related experience OR 2 years of relevant experience plus an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of IT Business Analysis experienceStrong understanding of claims processing workflows and systemsExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a hybrid onsite environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who enjoys working directly with stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful project delivery.
