The Chief Nursing Officer will oversee nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical policies, managing nursing staff, coordinating care services, and collaborating with leadership teams to achieve organizational goals. This role involves fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence in patient outcomes.QualificationsNursing Leadership: Strong background in team management, staff development, and creating policies to enhance patient careHealthcare Compliance: Knowledge of nursing regulations, quality assurance, and patient safety standardsStrategic Planning: Experience in operational planning, resource allocation, and budget management for clinical departmentsClinical Expertise: Advanced understanding of patient care best practices and ability to guide clinical decision-makingCommunication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to foster collaboration among teams and stakeholdersEducation: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, and a Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferredExperience: A minimum of 2-5 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settingsOther Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
