As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, assisting with product recommendations, managing grooming appointments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our store. Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers and their dogs with enthusiasm and professionalism. Product Knowledge: Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries about products and services. Enhancement of Experience: Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers to enhance their shopping experience. Appointment Scheduling: Accurately and efficiently schedule grooming appointments. Independent Work: Demonstrate initiative and thrive working independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications: Passion for Dogs: Genuine enthusiasm for dogs and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members. Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Comfort with Pets: Comfortable working with pets and their owners in a retail environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
