At Touchmark, we prioritize building meaningful relationships while delivering innovative financial solutions.Role DescriptionThe Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage general ledger activities. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, assisting with audits, monitoring budgets and supporting regulatory reporting. The role also involves analyzing financial data, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and collaborating with teams to enhance financial processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA.QualificationsStrong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger managementProficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingExperience with ERP systems and accounting software including Excel pivot tables, lookups and financial analyticsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in financial documentationKnowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards (or the ability to learn quickly and take ownership of regulatory reporting)A collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plusPrior professional experience in banking, financial services, or a similar industry is preferredJack Henry Silverlake experience is a plus
