Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide installation processes. Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards across all sites. Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software. Oversee quality control measures to meet company standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and issues.'},{ 'Qualifications' ' Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar leadership role in electrical construction. Strong knowledge of construction management, scheduling, and safety protocols. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Bluebeam, ProCore, and related construction management tools. Excellent blueprint reading and schematic interpretation skills. Supervisory experience on large-scale electrical projects. OSHA certification is required. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
