Systems Engineering/Administration (Only W2)

Support and maintain public and private cloud infrastructure, including virtualization and container platforms, to ensure critical services are operational and visible. Key responsibilities include automating processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform, managing Linux servers with configuration management, and implementing secure cloud and hybrid networks. The candidate will collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams, and apply best practices in cloud architecture spanning serverless, container, server-based, and hybrid environments. Required skills include strong systems engineering experience, expertise in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Python, Ruby, GoLang, JavaScript), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), configuration management, networking, security, and excellent communication abilities.• Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications)1. Minimum 5+ years of strong hands-on systems engineering or administration experience.2. In-depth experience with container technologies such as Docker, Mesos, or Kubernetes.3. Experience supporting and maintaining IT Public/Private Cloud Infrastructure, including virtualization and container platforms.4. Skills in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Cloud Infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.5. Experience with major cloud infrastructure and platform services (AWS, GCP, Azure).6. Proficiency with Git source control systems (GitLab, GitHub) and ability to assist others in troubleshooting.7. Experience with configuration management systems for cloud infrastructure and operating systems (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).8. Strong understanding of web application stacks, proxies, load balancers, and firewalls.9. Working knowledge of networking and ability to implement secure cloud and hybrid networks.10. Understanding of security best practices.11. Ability to isolate problems, perform in-depth analysis, provide solutions, and inform appropriate stakeholders.12.
