Keep reading.Weiler Labeling Systems is looking for a Senior Controls Engineer to design, program, and optimize automation solutions for our high‐speed labeling machines. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits - you are eligible on your first day of employment!Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000Please note that the pay ranges listed on external job boards, outside our posting details, do not accurately reflect our internal compensation ranges.If this sounds like you, we want to connect!Education: BS in Electrical, Controls, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalentExperience: 7+ years in controls engineering with a focus on motion control and high‐speed automated machineryProven experience in multi‐axis motion control programmingSkilled in structured text programmingHands‐on experience with B&R Automation Studio (required)Familiarity with Allen Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLCs (preferred)Strong knowledge of communication protocols: OPC‐UA, Powerlink, Ethernet/IPHMI programming experience (required), ideally with B&R mappView and Allen Bradley FactoryTalk SE/MEExcellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex automation issuesSQL database experience (plus)SCADA / MES experience (plus)Results‐driven with high standardsOrganized, able to set priorities and track progressTeam‐oriented, collaborative, and willing to share knowledgeStrong communicator-professional in listening, speaking, and writingAnalytical problem solver with a structured approach to identifying causes and generating solutionsPro Mach, Inc. was named to the Inc. 5,000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. seven times.
