Slate is a commercial cleaning company delivering tech-enabled, quality-controlled janitorial services to business clients nationwide, with a focus on boutique fitness studios. We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead to join our Alpharetta and Norcross, GA team.This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our studio clients. Working overnight, you will ensure each location is spotless and ready for the next day's operations. As Lead, you will also oversee supply management and team logistics.Key responsibilities include:Deep cleaning boutique fitness studio spaces overnight, including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areasTaking before-and-after photos at each location and uploading them via mobile appFollowing a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure consistent qualityClocking in and out at each stop using a smartphone appManaging inventory of cleaning supplies and placing restocking orders (Lead)Coordinating cleaner attendance and arranging same-night replacement coverage as needed (Lead)RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Ability to work overnight shifts independently with minimal supervisionProficient in using a smartphone to clock in/out and take/upload before-and-after photosAble to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or bend for extended periods during cleaning shiftsAuthorized to work in the United StatesReliable personal vehicle for driving between job locationsConsistent availability for overnight shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights, starting at 11:00 PM and 12:15 AMPreferred Qualifications:Experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning rolesExperience in lead or supervisory positions, including managing attendance or coordinating team coverageBilingual proficiency in English and SpanishHourly pay expectation aligns with $17/hr (Cleaner) or $19/hr (Lead), plus performance bonusesBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $17/hr for Cleaner and $19/hr for LeadPerformance bonuses: $20 per 4-5 star rating, streak bonuses of $25/$50/$100/$200 at 10/25/50/100 consecutive shifts, solo coverage bonuses, and max rating bonus up to :$700/monthFlexible, consistent overnight schedule (4 nights/week)Opportunity to work independently and build leadership experienceSupportive team environment and tech-enabled operations
