Communiactions & Training Program Coordinator
Job Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Communications & Training Program Coordinator to join one of their retail pharmacy clients. This person will play an integral role in supporting the construction and facilities department of a Fortune 10 Retail Pharmacy organization.
Responsibilities
-Support internal communications, training, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives for a Planning, Design, and Construction organization.
-Partner closely with leadership to help streamline communications, align teams to department priorities, and ensure key updates are communicated clearly and professionally.
-Create, maintain, and publish internal communications across department platforms, including updates, leadership messaging, training content, team announcements, and engagement materials.
-Support the development and maintenance of department documentation, including current and new processes, standards, and training materials.
-Help manage onboarding and training programs for new and existing team members, including scheduling, content creation, platform updates, and ensuring materials remain current and relevant.
-Assist with engagement efforts such as large meetings, team events, charity/give-back initiatives, and other activities that support department culture and collaboration.
-Work with confidential and sensitive information related to organizational updates and changes, ensuring discretion and professionalism at all times.
-Support leadership in a “chief of staff-like” capacity by helping organize priorities, communicate key messages, manage follow-up, and keep initiatives moving forward.
-Order equipment for new hires and support
Requirements
- Experience in communications, training, onboarding, program/project coordination, marketing, employee engagement, or a related administrative/operations support role.
- Strong writing, communication, and content development skills with the ability to create clear, polished messaging for multiple audiences.
-High level of professionalism and confidence communicating with leadership, including the ability to manage up and present to both small and large groups.
-Strong PowerPoint skills, especially for presentations and materials intended for executive leadership.
-Ability to multitask, stay organized, pivot quickly, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
-Strong attention to detail and understanding of the importance of documentation, process control, and keeping materials accurate and current.
-Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, engaging personality; this person will interact with leaders, team members, and cross-functional partners regularly.
-Ability to be more than a traditional administrative support resource, with the ability to think strategically, support communications planning, and help move initiatives forward.
-Local or commutable to Woonsocket, RI preferred, with the ability to come onsite approximately twice per month or as needed for meetings/events.
- Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year for trainings, meetings, or larger team events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
