Estimating Coordinator

Rhino-Back Roofing is looking for an Estimating & Project Support Coordinator who will be responsible for writing detailed, accurate estimates for properties damaged by storms or other damaging events.What You'll Do:Assist in processing, uploading, and managing project documentation using specialized roofing and finance software (Xactimate)Review and organize financial records, invoices, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport the coordination of project scopes, measurement reports, and inspection filesPrepare cost estimates and assist with translating project scopes into financial dataEnter and reconcile project details in accounting and insurance systemsHelp monitor supplementing processes and ensure all financial aspects of projects are documentedProvide administrative and financial support to the Finance & Estimating team to keep projects moving smoothlyWho We're Looking For: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
