Office Manager
The Bridge Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized *Office Manager* to provide dedicated onsite support for our AI client located in San Francisco. This individual will take ownership of day-to-day office operations and play a key role in creating a highly functional, welcoming, and professional workplace experience for a growing employee population.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful workplace professional who combines strong operational skills with a high level of service, discretion, and attention to detail. This individual will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and anticipating the needs of employees and leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility technology environment.
*Responsibilities will include:*
* Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a welcoming, well-functioning workplace.
* Coordinate building access, badges, and employee/visitor access needs.
* Monitor and restock snacks, beverages, office supplies, and other workplace essentials.
* Manage and follow up on workplace service requests and coordinate with building management and vendors as needed.
* Plan and coordinate company events, happy hours, meetings, and other employee activities.
* Manage office and team communications related to workplace operations, events, and services.
* Support office setup, deliveries, furniture moves, event setup/breakdown, and other light physical tasks as needed.
* Identify and resolve day-to-day workplace issues to support a positive employee experience.
*Qualifications*
* 3–5 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, hospitality, or a related role. Technology company/hypergrowth company experience required
* Experience supporting a fast-paced technology, professional services, or similar corporate environment preferred.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
* Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to day-to-day office operations.
* Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience coordinating vendors, workplace services, meetings, and employee events.
* Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of onsite workplace needs while collaborating effectively with employees, client stakeholders, building management, and vendors.
* Ability to perform light physical tasks associated with office operations and event setup, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Regular and reliable onsite presence at the San Francisco office is required.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
